course is designed to refine the pilot's instrument skills as they relate
to weather planning for IFR flights.
Prerequisites:
Pilots should have their Private Pilot rating and either have their Instrument
Pilot rating or be working on it. The course matter expands upon the knowledge
gained from those ratings.
